Find your way around

The menu, search, notifications, and what a lock on a menu item means.

1. The menu

  1. The left menu shows what your role can do. Org Admins see everything from Overview to Settings; instructors and mentors see Overview, My Curricula, Learners, Submissions, Analytics, and Reports; learners see Home, My Curriculum, Assignments, Feedback, Reports, and My profile.
  2. Your plan's name is at the top of every page. Menu items your plan doesn't include show a lock.
  3. Click your name at the bottom of the menu for Account & security.

2. Search

  1. Press Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac), or click the search box at the top, and type at least 2 letters.
  2. Staff find assignments, curricula, rubrics, and people in their organization; learners find their assignments. Use ↑ ↓ and Enter to open a result.

3. Notifications

  1. The bell at the top right shows messages for you: feedback that's ready, new submissions, enrollments, and news from CoachMax. Click Mark all read to clear them.
  2. The light next to it says ENGINE ONLINE when CoachMax grading is running normally.
