1. CoachMax Help

  1. Click Help at the top right of any page and ask how to do anything. Answers come from this Help Center for your role and plan.
  2. Learners: it can also help you plan the assignment you have open, without doing it for you.
  3. Not solved? Click Send this to CoachMax support and our team gets the chat and the page you're on. Open the Guide and Help Center are there too.

2. Report a problem

  1. Click Report a problem on the right edge of any page, say what happened, paste a screenshot if you like (Ctrl+V), and click Send report.

3. Email

  1. Email support@maxuniversity.org anytime.
