Encrypted everywhere
HTTPS for every connection. Data and files encrypted at rest.
Organization walls
Database rules stop any organization from reading another's rows, enforced on the server.
Role-based access
Admins, instructors, mentors, and learners each see only what their role allows.
Two-factor sign-in
Required for admins, available to everyone. Single sign-on for Enterprise.
Private file storage
Uploads are never public. Download links expire after minutes.
Audit log
Rubric changes, score overrides, and support sessions are recorded and can't be edited.
Secure payments
Handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch CoachMax.
Backups
Automatic daily backups of the database.
