1. Who sees what
- Your work, feedback, and profile are seen only by you and your program's staff. Other organizations can never see them.
- CoachMax staff can only enter your organization when your Org Admin allows support access, and everything they do is logged.
2. How it's protected
- Learner work is never used to train AI models.
- Uploaded files are private and virus-checked. Everything is sent over secure connections.
3. Deleting your data
- Ask your program's Org Admin: they can delete everything you have in their organization permanently.
- Or email privacy@maxuniversity.org. The Privacy Policy explains everything.
