1. Remove
- On Learners, click Remove on their row. They get an email and their seat frees up.
- Former learners at the bottom of the page lists everyone removed. Click Invite again to bring someone back (within your plan's seats).
2. Delete their data permanently
- Click Delete data on their row (or under Former learners) and type their email to confirm, then Delete permanently.
- Everything they have in your organization is erased: submissions, answers, files, grades and feedback, their profile, enrollments, and reminders. If they belong to no other organization, their CoachMax account is deleted too.
- It can't be undone. The audit log records only that it happened and who did it.
