News, service notices, and reminders: what you get and how to turn things off.

1. What you get

  1. CoachMax sometimes sends news about new features, privacy or terms updates, and service notices (like planned maintenance or an outage). They arrive by email and in the bell, and open on their own page.
  2. You get one email even if you belong to several organizations.

2. Turn things off

  1. Open Account & security. Under Emails from CoachMax, untick Email me CoachMax news (new features and updates) or Email me when I've been away and have work waiting.
  2. Service notices, such as an outage, always come.
