1. What you'll see
- While CoachMax grades, the page shows each step live and refreshes by itself. If a grading gets stuck, CoachMax restarts it once on its own.
- If it still can't finish, the page says CoachMax couldn't grade this yet, and it's held for you.
2. What to do
- Click Assess with CoachMax now to try again.
- Or click Grade it yourself: enter a score and Feedback for the learner, then click Grade and send to learner.
