Connect Teachable

Bring in your Teachable school's courses, lectures, and students.

1. What you need

  1. Teachable's Growth plan or higher: they include the API. Only the school owner can create the API key.
  2. On another Teachable plan? Use the Submit with CoachMax button in your lectures instead (see Embed buttons in your LMS), or Paste your course to build it in CoachMax.

2. Connect

  1. In Teachable, open your school admin → Settings → API and create an API key.
  2. In CoachMax, open Integrations, enter your Teachable school address and API key, and click Connect Teachable.
  3. Choose courses. Each course becomes a curriculum, lecture sections become weeks, and published lectures become assignments.
  4. Enrolled students wait to be invited. Open the curriculum and click Choose graded assignments to keep only what CoachMax should grade.
  5. CoachMax refreshes it once a day (or click Sync now), and waits and continues if Teachable is busy.
