Add weeks and assignments

Build out a curriculum: weeks, the assignments in each, and what learners see.

1. Weeks

  1. On the curriculum's page, click Add week. Move weeks up or down to reorder them.
  2. Archive hides a week you no longer use; Restore brings it back.

2. Assignments

  1. In a week, click + Assignment. Enter the Title and Instructions for learners (optional), choose a Rubric if you have one, and click Add assignment.
  2. Click Questions & delivery on an assignment to choose how learners respond, its review rules, and its rubric.
  3. Edit changes the title, instructions, or rubric.

3. Turn an assignment off

  1. Click Turn off on its row when learners shouldn't see it anymore. CoachMax asks first, then tells every enrolled learner. Their work and feedback are kept.
  2. Click Show inactive assignments and archived to see it again, and Turn on to bring it back.

4. Choose what gets graded

  1. Imported a whole course from your LMS? Click Choose graded assignments and keep only the ones CoachMax should grade.
