Learner reminders

Gently bring back learners who have been away with work waiting.

1. How it works

  1. Open Settings → Learner reminders. Send learner reminders is on by default.
  2. Learners who haven't signed in for a while (7 days, or what you choose) and still have work waiting get one email listing it, at most every 7 days (or what you choose).
  3. Work waiting means not started, an unfinished draft, or a result below passing with attempts left. Reminders stop once everything is done.
  4. Learners can turn them off on their Account page.
